**‼‼ Serán algunas de las tareas en tu día a día de trabajo**: Identificar oportunidades de negocio de potenciales clientes y la evaluación de su posición en el mercado; investigar y analizaar las opciones de venta. Lograr el desarrollo de los clientes actuales, evaluando e identificando las diferentes oportunidades. Desarrollar proactivamente y de manera autónoma las relaciones con las cuentas de la compañía a su cargo para cumplir con la cultura de la compañía de “Customer Intimacy”. Mantener las relaciones con los clientes actuales proporcionando apoyo, información y orientación; investigar y recomendar nuevas oportunidades; recomendar mejoras de beneficios y de servicios. Desarrollar clientes potenciales, recabar su información y gestionar el alta del cliente. Recepción de pedidos y carga de pedidos en el sistema. Verificación de estados de cuenta de los clientes e información a los clientes del estado de su cuenta. Detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Incorporar y desarrollar todas las plataformas de productos dentro de la cartera de clientes a su cargo. Relevar y obtener información con respecto al posicionamiento de productos propios y de la competencia. Alcanzar los resultados cualitativos y cuantitativos establecidos según las métricas de la compañía y el plan de ventas asignado a su cartera. Negociar acuerdos comerciales y operaciones puntuales con los clientes de la zona a su cargo. Preparar informes de ventas recolectando, analizando y resumiendo información. Analizar los datos de ventas para mejorar los resultados de las cuentas bajo su responsabilidad. Gestión de cobranza en los plazos establecidos por la compañía Asegurar la correcta implementación de las acciones y materiales de marketing en las cuentas a su cargo. Soporte a los clientes. Organizar y coordinar Capacitaciones. Mantener un servicio de calidad al establecer y hacer cumplir las normas de la organización. Desarrollar proactivamente y de manera autónoma las relaciones con las cuentas clave para el desarrollo del área Industrial para cumplir con la cultura de la compañía de “Customer Intimacy”.

**Requisitos**:
** Te solicitamos**: Que estes formada/o en carreras que te den un background para este desafío (Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, Comercialización). + 3 años de experiência en área de ventas especialmente en la industria de la pintura. Nível intermedio de idioma inglés oral y escrito. Conocimientos entorno Outlook, Microsoft 365 y Office (avanzado).
