This is a role that will work with the End User Collaboration partners and engineers to deliver the Microsoft 365 technologies that Intel needs at the right cost, time, and quality. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about finding efficient solutions to operational issues, solve complex problems, monitor KPIs and Service Delivery performance.
As the Office Productivity Software Operations Lead, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Responsible for maximizing the value of the work of the Microsoft 365 support Team
- Drive continuous improvement in Microsoft 365 support process and service delivery
- Actively engage with the Microsoft 365 support team to collaborate, negotiate and commit to business requirements
- Control and improve Microsoft 365 support KPIs as top priority
- Provide clear direction and flexibility when priorities change based on business needs and requirements
- Effectively capture stakeholder assumptions and translate them into hypothesis driven outcomes
- Comfortable working in an Agile/SAFe/Scrum Agile Persistent Team environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Tolerance for ambiguity.
- Customer-Obsessed Thinker rather than doer.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 Suite and environment.
- Intermediate English level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMP certified
- Experience working as product owner or similar responsibilities as defined in Agile methodology
- Experience with ITIL methodologies and best practices Knowledge in Waterfall and Agile methods and tools
