Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors to meet workplace service standards, assist with facility maintenance and repairs, manage the corporate food and beverage program, plan employee events, and provide administrative support to other departments. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports related to workplace operations.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in office or facilities management, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Google Suite, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
