This is a technical role that will work with the End User Collaboration partners to deliver the Microsoft 365 technologies that Intel needs at the right cost, time, and quality.

As the Office Productivity Software Support Specialist, you will be responsible for but not limited to
- Supporting the resolution of complex Microsoft 365 incidents and tasks, identifying the root cause of problems, and driving closure as needed. For example, on installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365 on various platforms.
- Accurately document all work performed through ticketing system including details and outcomes
- Supporting the documentation of present and future support tools by managing evergreen updates and ensuring that the support documentation is complete.
- Working on key IT escalations related to Microsoft 365 products.
- Providing support and driving improvement to internal scorecards, KPIs, Service Management processes based on ITIL best practices.
- Comfortable working in an Agile/SAFe/Scrum Agile Persistent Team environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Tolerance for ambiguity.
- Customer-Obsessed Thinker rather than doer.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in any one or combination of Microsoft 365, Active Directory or other cloud-based system, and troubleshooting experience.At least 1 year of
- At least 1 year of Experience with desktop administration and remote desktop support.
- At least 1 year of Experience with ServiceNow as the ticketing service management tool
