Senior Executive Assistant

**About this role**
In this role you will have to perform day-to-day administrative tasks and facilitate services across multiple geographically dispersed business units within a region or operating group to ensure that services and support are provided in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
**What You’ll Do**
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management and staff. Perform moderately complex administrative functions for the department to promote efficient business operations.
- Provides direction for improvement in related areas.
- Provide administrative support to one or more department heads. Coordinate highly complex or confidential area activities such as confidential upper management meetings or conference calls.
- Conduct special projects as needed, independently under the general direction of executive management
- Monitor facility safety and security and make recommendations for improvement.
**Who you are**
- High school diploma
- English proficiency level of at least B2+ with strong communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills such as planning business trips logistics
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A passion for serving customers and a personal commitment to following through in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Agility in multi-system navigation and keyboard skills for tracking, information gathering, and processing assigned tasks.
- 1-year+ administrative assistant experience. (Desirable)
