- Conduct outreach to English-speaking patients, gathering and updating information on treatment status, doctor appointments, changes in medical care, work status, and relevant documents.
- Retrieve medical records and bills from healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of insurance processes, create estimates, and facilitate payment transactions.
- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned to support efficient operations at Iceberg Health.
- Maintain detailed and current case notes, ensuring proper documentation of all interactions and activities.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in healthcare or legal fields is advantageous.
- Exceptional follow-up skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively, handling tasks promptly and tactfully when interacting with colleagues and the public.
- Strong organizational skills, both in terms of task management and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Capability to work independently and responsibly, keeping case notes up-to-date.
Pay: ₡820,000.00 per month
