Customer Success Onboarding Specialist

**What we’re looking for**
Our Onboarding team ensures that our customers are achieving their desired outcomes and getting value from the solution. This is done by ensuring a successful onboarding period, guiding and assisting in adoption of the platform, and ultimately guiding customers towards getting the most value from their use of the company. We do this through engagements with customers at essential points in the customer journey.
We’d love to hear from people with:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems engineering or related field or relevant experience.
- 1+ years of experience in similar roles, customer service experience / tech support.
- Previous experience in SaaS companies.
- Salesforce, Tableau experience.
- Excellent client relationship skills and ability to manage client expectations
- Must be comfortable with calling clients and engaging them in a conversation
- Experience configuring business logic in a web-based platform
- Understanding of our requirements definition, review of functional specifications, test plans, testing, user training, and deployment
- Can manage high volumes of accounts while providing a quality experience and client satisfaction
