El trabajo comienza desde que la orden de pedido queda liberada de créditos. Continúa con la asignación de stock del pedido y luego con el seguimiento de la misma orden, hasta la entrega en el cliente y la recepción del conforme para cerrar el circuito de entrega. En caso de que existan devoluciones también se ocupa de la administración de estas.

En todo momento, el analista debe conocer el status de los transportes de su zona de distribución para poder informar y anticipar posibles demoras.

El producto final del trabajo consiste en asegurar que la entrega de los productos se realice en tiempo y forma, que las fechas de entrega sean cargadas en el sistema y la documentación sea rendida en Kimberly Clark.

El objetivo del trabajo consiste en brindar al cliente un servicio diferenciador que se constituya en un factor de elección de los productos de KCP. El analista debe convertirse en el principal referente del cliente del lado logístico/comercial.

El titular del puesto tiene bajo su responsabilidad las siguientes áreas:

- Revisión de FCST
- Asignación de inventario.
- Mantener el maestro de clientes.
- Entregas de productos a los clientes.
- La administración de mercadería rechazada o devuelta.
- Conformación y rendición de la documentación.

**Inciden para el logro de los resultados esperados del puesto los siguientes aspectos del contexto interno y externo**:
Internos: Ventas / Marketing / Customer Success / Distribución / Planing / Disponibilidad de producto en depósitos, Variabilidades de Producción, producción / abastecimiento.

Externos: Clientes/ Proveedores de transportes/ Recepción de clientes.

**Actualmente los principales desafíos de la posición son**:

- Realizar una gestión centrada en el cliente.
- Lograr un nível de servicio superior al del mercado, al menor costo posible.
