The Sales Controlling Analyst II will process chargebacks, discounts, promotion activities, rebates, and others in SAP for Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP), a division of Kimberly-Clark Corporation. KCP focuses on providing B2B solutions that have a positive impact on customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing actions to record prices, promotions, and agreements granted to customers, avoiding losses due to incorrect imputations.
- Controlling movements in accounting accounts by consulting TA and TP accounts in the system to maintain accurate information.
- Reporting records generated under credit note by price difference to ensure informed decision-making.
- Coordinating with different areas to enter system promotions within required periods.
- Generating reports for decision-making, including detail of TA and TP by client and category, main clients' investment, and credit notes' impact.
- Ensuring compliance with internal control policies and satisfying client expectations.
About You
- Advanced student in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
- 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- SAP and Excel knowledge.
- Intermediate-advanced English level.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team work-oriented.
- Excellent customer service.
- Solid understanding of accounting and relevant controls framework.
