Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a)** KCP Demand Planning Analyst** para Costa Rica.
**OBJETIVO**

Liderar el proceso de demanda para el negocio a través de la colaboración con los lideres de Marketing, Ventas, Finanzas, soportado en análisis estadístico y de tendencias, teniendo en cuenta nuevos negocios, lanzamientos de productos, promocionales e información de inventarios y sell out para generar una demanda detallada.
Adicionalmente el rol debe soportar otras actividades dentro S&OP como son la racionalización de sku's, seguimiento y control de obsoletos y lento movimiento y el soporte al Fill Rate.
**RESPONSABILIDADES**

Responsabilidades Estratégicas
- Liderar el proceso de construcción de demanda para los países en conjunto con el equipo comercial y mercadeo, considerando el comportamiento de la demanda a nível país, cuentas claves y portafolio pareto.
- Detectar los riesgos y oportunidades en comparación con el plan anual en términos de volumen y Net Sales.
- Apoyar la preparación de las estrategias de SBP - ABP - QF colaborando con Supply Chain, finanzas y equipo comercial.
- Soportar el lanzamiento de productos y promociones.
- Soportar la mejora continua del proceso S&OP para LAO

Responabilidades Tácticas
- Asegurar el proceso de gestión a través del uso de herramientas como Prevail, generando el baseline estadístico, analizando las principalers

desviaciones de la demanda, consolidando los building blocks y las actividades comerciales.
- Elaborar, analizar y gestionar los principales KPI de demanda (Forecast accuracy, BIAS, Hit Rate, Forecast Value ADD) para asegurar la mejora continua de los mismos.
- Soportar la optimización de portafolio identificando los códigos con bajo desempeño en los países y asegurar la evacuación de los SKU definidos a eliminar.
- Apoyar y dar seguimiento a la evacuación de productos en lento movimiento.
- Gestión de reportes y herramientas oficiales para soportar la gestión de demanda y la gestión comercial.
**REQUERIMIENTOS**
- Ingeniero Industrial, Ing en Estadística/ Economía, Administrador de Empresas y/o Áreas Afines
- Especialización Estrategia / Alta Gerencia y/o Áreas Afines
- Estadística/Análisis de escenarios/Planeación de Demanda
- Conocimiento de SAP
- Cursos/Talleres S&OP-IBP-Consultoría Senior
- Nível Intermedio/alto de excel
- Experiência en minería de datos (EIW, BW, Hana, PME ) y desarrollo de informes cuantitativos
- Minimo de dos años de experiência adquirida en áreas afines
- Planeación/ Áreas Logística /S&OP/ Finanzas
