Estamos buscando una persona ambiciosa, innovadora y con iniciativa propia que pueda crear y ejecutar planes impactantes para una nueva oportunidad en la industria farmacéutica. Esta persona deberá fortalecer los canales de venta y desarrollar otros nuevos, liderando cuentas clave desarrollando y manteniendo relaciones de confianza con los stakeholders estratégicos adquiriendo un entendimiento de las necesidades y requerimientos de los clientes y ofreciendo soluciones de la empresa con el objetivo de contribuir al crecimiento del negocio con ejecución rápida.

**_ Sus responsabilidades_**: este rol le brinda la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave para progresar en SU carrera, las principales son:

- **Implementar planes estratégicos**: iniciar y fortalecer la posición de marcas clave mediante el desarrollo, la gestión y el seguimiento de planes.
- **Negociación con Cadenas de Farmacias, Distribuidores y Puntos Estratégicos**: Contribuir a la implementación y seguimiento de las estrategias comerciales para el logro de los objetivos de venta y coordinación de actividades con la fuerza de ventas.
- **Nuevos Productos**: Diseñar la estrategia a seguir para la colocación de nuevos productos, en conjunto con la fuerza de ventas, inclusión con los protocolos propios de cada distribuidor y cuentas claves, para incrementar el negocio del canal.
- **Reportes**: Mantener bases de datos actualizadas mensualmente de las ventas de nuestros productos, tanto por parte de clientes como de distribuidores (registros de ventas, listas de precios, disponibilidad de productos).
- **Comunicación**: Centralizar la información con el canal de distribución y distribuidores para facilitar una comunicación clara y efectiva.
- **Actividades de Ventas**: Coordinar y monitorear las estrategias de Marketing, orientadas al desarrollo de productos estratégicos con Distribuidores y vendedores.
- **Clientes**: Desarrollar una relación sostenible en el tiempo con los stakeholders de la industria (Agentes de Ventas, Teleoperadores, etc.), Centros de Compra y Cadenas de Farmacias; que permite una rápida implementación de las estrategias requeridas por la empresa.
- **Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas**: desarrollando productos nuevos y antiguos de GSK.
- **Identificar oportunidades**:que estos nuevos productos sean una prioridad para seguir creciendo en ventas y lograr la primera posición en el mercado.
- **Mapeo de Stakeholders**:Coordinar con los Gerentes de Ventas para asegurar una ejecución adecuada y oportuna a nível de Área y países.
- **Implementar estrategias de marketing**:contribuir al diseño e implementación de la estrategia de marketing para adecuarlas a la normativa del país y focalización de oportunidades para la adopción de estos nuevos productos.
- **Coordinación con los representantes de ventas**:para garantizar que los productos se promocionen, presenten y roten correctamente para llegar al paciente correcto.
- **Precisión de las previsiones**:contribuir al cumplimiento de la meta de inversión en ventas y productos.

- Grado Universitario en: Farmacia o alguna rama de las Ciencias de la Salud, Administración o afines.
- Experiência superior a 2 años en puestos similares en área Comercial, realizando análisis numérico/datos, conceptualizando y valorando cambios en los procesos de negocio
- Experiência en Project Management.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office, con nível de Excel intermedio-avanzado.
- Experiência en.
- Conocimientos y/o experiência en procesos de Mejora Continua
