The pre-sales representative has one of the most important roles in our company, acting as the first touch to our potential customers. Our program is committed to training and developing with a solid foundation that will allow you to be successful in future roles at Experian.

Working in a team environment with sales and marketing, you are responsible for qualifying inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns. You’ll be in integral part of helping the company build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and grow its revenue.

**Major Job Functions**
- Identify business opportunities and connect them with account executives
- Identify client’s needs, understanding the value proposition of Experian’s solutions.
- Report on the success of campaigns and lead generation activities
- Participate in ongoing sales, business, and technical training sessions to increase overall awareness of Experian’s solutions and go-to-market strategies.

- Effective communication - Ability to effectively communicate product benefits and competitive advantages to prospective clients. Ability to tailor message to client needs and pain points.
- Persuasion skills - Ability to overcome objections and influence prospective clients to attend an appointment and evaluate Experian product and services.
- Fast learner
- Curiosity and ability to learn new information about solutions and sales processes
- Great with technology - able to quickly learn and adapt to new technology

**Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications**
- Highschool Diploma required
- 2+ years of previous customer facing and sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, both verbal and written (English & Spanish)
- Personable, outgoing and friendly with excellent listening skills
- Competitive nature and coachable
- Ability to work in fast paced team environment
- Experience in sales or marketing a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills a plus
- Previous business development experience in a B2B industry is highly desirable but not required
- Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers
- Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening
