Senior Specialist, Marketing, Post Trade

Role Purpose & Impact:
The Post Trade business at LSEG plays a pivotal role in the global derivatives market, providing essential infrastructure for thousands of industry participants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the post trade marketing team in the development and execution of the marketing plans
- Have a results driven, insight focused approach to campaigns, leveraging the full marketing mix
- Partner with marketing, sales and product teams to plan and activate tactics that will support the objectives of the marketing strategy
- Produce regular performance reports, analysis and commentary on key metrics and KPIs, working with the team to make recommendations on how to enhance our approach and campaigns
- Responsible for the planning and delivery of industry conferences, events and webinars
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all business areas within the firm to promote, champion and help to deliver cross business solutions
- Make use of analytics as a basis for determining what tactics to use, track performance against benchmarks and report return on investment
- Use agreed processes and systems and where relevant, help to introduce improvements to assist to meet the business needs more effectively and achieve better customer outcomes
- Help to manage a variety of marketing projects as and when required

Technical / job functional knowledge and skills:

- Relevant degree or equivalent higher education qualification
- Marketing experience preferable or experience having worked hand-in-hand with business, product and sales teams to execute tactics on time and under budget
- Experience in Eloqua, On24, Pardot, Salesforce, Tableau desired
- Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities, and be able to independently meet deadlines, including internal check-ins
- Have a self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit and an international mindset that always puts the member and the client at the center of the experience
- Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and initiative
