**Job Description**:
Part of our digital front door suite, Experian Health’s patient scheduling software provides patients the self-service experience they’re accustomed to with 24/7 online appointment scheduling, giving access to care via the web, call centers or in provider offices.

We’re looking for an outstanding analyst to join our fast-growing team. In this role you will be collaborating with others to define and implement optimal, complete solutions for our clients. You’ll bring your strong analytical skills into play to review both the data and the logical flow of determining what type of doctor and appointment a patient requires. You’ll then work to get the data into our system and configure a scheduling workflow using simple coding expressions. The ability to grasp complex requirements and design logical workflows will be key to your success.

You will also maintain existing clients by updating the configuration details of their providers, sites and calendars.

In short, you will become a SME on the intricacies of scheduling patients, our tools and data structures and be a valued resource for our clients.

**How you’ll make an impact**:

- Act as a technical consultant to our Implementation Consultant team to code and configure a client during the implementation process.
- Maintain and update providers, sites and calendars to ensure patients can accurately see which providers are available and book an appointment with them.
- Use your resourcefulness to solve client issues within established the Service Level Agreement while working with our support team.

- Driven - This is a fast-paced team with a rapidly growing client base.
- Timely - Provide a meaningful resolution to assigned requests within established Service Level Agreement timeframes.

**Qualifications**:
**What you bring**:

- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Familiarity with Visio and flowchart logic.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, certification highly preferred.
- Understanding of basic logical constructs and the ability to write Boolean logic.
- Ability to follow supplied specifications with a very high degree of accuracy.
- Experience in US healthcare is strongly desired.
- Experience with software delivery and support in the healthcare industry is a plus. Proven experience of successful interaction with end user population within a healthcare environment is strongly desired.
- Excellent English interpersonal and communication skills.
