The Global Sales Excellence team oversees programs and tools that help our revenue operations teams (i.e., Marketing, Sales, and Client Success) have meaningful interactions with clients throughout the buying cycle, helping us to grow relationships and revenue more effectively. As part of this team, the Sales Enablement Program Consultant is responsible for managing key platforms and processes that promote this team objective. This role is the primary strategic lead, stakeholder manager, and tactical administrator of all elements of specific grouping of Revenue Operations platforms. For this position those platforms would primarily be in the Lead Generation and Prospecting area of the sales cycle. Responsibility also includes coordinating with regional/business unit stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and adoption associated with the tool and processes. Areas of responsibility include program planning, vendor management, roadmap planning, project execution, stakeholder management, change management, communications, budget adherence, training, quality oversight, compliance & security owner, and ROI measurement.

**Responsibilities**
- Develops, manages and enhances Revenue Operations programs - working with and influencing regional leads to ensure adoption, usage and success of the program and associated platforms
- Acts as central expert for technical expertise and guidance where necessary on platforms that support program objectives.
- Identifies and implements process improvements
- Establishes strategic direction of program and associated platforms
- Project manages deployments and changes to regions or business units
- Monitors vendor roadmap and leads the testing and execution of platform enhancements and releases
- Sets, collects and assesses KPI data
- Manages vendor relationship and budget management for associated platforms
- Coordinates and conducts training for initial and continuous learning

**Qualifications**:

- Proven ability in defining and executing Revenue Operations programs - particularly in Marketing and Sales
- including determining the purpose and direction of program vision, mission, values and objectives
- Effective influential leader in matrix environment
- Ability to influence and build productive relationships with key program stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Ability to advocate and instil cultural improvement, discipline and communications in a global organization
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Proven presenter - articulate, persuasive, projecting confidence, at ease and maintains appropriate pace
- Training acumen - delivery and planning

**Experience**:

- Familiarity with SaaS vendors including, but not limited to 6sense, Drift, LeanData, Terminus, etc. is a plus
- Strong project management experience for complex business initiatives involving technology
- Demonstrated knowledge of ROI metrics and methodologies to report results and drive decisions
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
