About the Role

The Engagement Manager will be an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology. Leading mid to large customer project implementations successfully from start to go-live and ensuring customers are satisfied with their deployment experience are the primary responsibilities. Other role responsibilities include:
- Becoming proficient in Workday's Implementation Methodology and demonstrate it on all engagements- Leading simultaneous projects- Participating in the sales cycle to gather requirements and formulate a delivery approach- Ensuring your projects are accurately planned and staffed- Partnering with the customer project manager for deployment success- Presenting at project Executive Steering Committee meetings- Assisting in customer transition from professional services to our customer success team post go-live.

El gerente de Engagement debe ser un experto en metodología de implementación de Workday. Las principales responsabilidades son dirigir con éxito la implementación de proyectos de clientes medianos y grandes desde el principio hasta la puesta en marcha y garantizar que los clientes estén satisfechos con su experiência de implementación. Otras responsabilidades del puesto incluyen:
- Dominar la metodología de implementación de Workday y demostrarlo en todos los compromisos.- Liderar proyectos simultáneos.- Participar en el ciclo de ventas para reunir los requisitos y formular un método de entrega.- Garantizar que sus proyectos se planifiquen con precisión y tengan el personal adecuado.- Colaborar con el responsable del proyecto del cliente, para que la implementación sea exitosa.- Participar en las reuniones del Comité Directivo Ejecutivo del proyecto.- Ayudar en la transición del cliente de los servicios profesionales a nuestro equipo de éxito del cliente tras la puesta en marcha.

About You

Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of project management experience, specifically with Human Capital Management, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations within medium enterprise and/or large enterpriseOther Qualifications- Experience leading 3rd parties on a project- Delivering projects within budget as outlined in a statement of work- Background in Workday deployment methodology and processes (preferred, not required)- Ability to travel up to 25%
