**What you will do**:
This role is a strategic role and will be responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive program portfolio for the I2C strategy in America. I2C Processes include Billing, Cash Application, Collections, Disputes and Credit. This role will be responsible for building program timelines, ensuring to gather relevant input from all parties to identify dependencies, critical milestones, risks and issues. The role indirectly impact Stryker cash flow, which is a strategic goal for all Divisions and Finance, key investment metric and key enable for proper working capital.

The Sr Manager I2C GPO America will help to develop and lead the overall governance structure to ensure ongoing business alignment to program goals by working with extended project team to ensure timely project execution and delivery based on agreed financial targets.

The role will initially focus on Invoice Cash initiatives for US Divisions and participate in driving best practices and process standardization across the entire America region.

**Key Deliverables**:
The establishment of a governance model/framework for I2C project initiatives in America Gain understanding of business requirements for each project and ensure that all specifications are socialized with relevant business leaders Ensure that any compliance requirements are considered within the program governance Interact with peers to ensure smooth program roll out within a timely manner

**What you will do**:
Ensure the implementation of I2C GPO strategies and templates across the region Collaborate with I2C GPO to define and manage program scope. Contribute to the creation of detailed Work Breakdown Structure Contribute to the detailed project Gantt chart. Own your teams (when assigned) program schedule Collaborate with I2C GPO and managers to devise program budget. Optimize, monitor and maintain I2C GPO's project costs within budget Implement quality management strategies and templates for projects and programs Implement risk management strategies and templates for projects and program enabling effective identification and monitoring of risk response plan Responsible for evaluating a range of programs and projects and other work within the portfolio with the goal of facilitating staffing, resolving resource allocation conflicts, and monitor staff utilization on the activities that will generate the highest business value aligned with the prioritization process. May recruit, hire, onboard, manage, and develop direct staff Build and sustain effective stakeholder relationships at all levels, particularly with business partners.
