**What you will do**:
The I2C Manager - Billing & Credit Risk will report directly to the Sr Backoffice Manager for I2C, being responsible for monitoring and driving the Billing processes and platforms. Also responsible of Credit Risk assessment of Stryker´s customers. Will be responsible for processes improvements, systems and processes migration. Also of resolving problems and provide recommendations for improving invoicing submission process. This role will work to optimize the processes involved with collections. This person will act as a central point for de-escalation of issues within the invoice to cash work stream. They will also help to set a strong tone within the organization.

**Essential duties & responsibilities**:

- Ensure completeness of invoices delivery on daily basis for all Stryker Divisions
- Ensure quality as per Targets defined for all Billing Activities, included Billing Adjustments, Manual Invoices (ORO).
- Monitor the status of Billing process and platforms to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the overall performance of the team.
- Ensure proper controls implementation and compliance
- Responsible for Billing SAP implementations.
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers (for example in sales or customer service) to ensure that credit and collection activities are consistent with the organization's overall customer relations strategy.
- Support DSO & Cash Flow improvement by identifying opportunity areas to support from the Billing & Credit Risk perspective
- Assess and provide visibility of Customers at Risk among Divisions.
- Build and monitor with Credit Risk team a predictive model to assess risk.
- Manage Credit Policy implementation.
- Act as guardian of Credit Policy execution and Credit Limits validation

**Education & special trainings**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related field
- MS Office Suite
- Fluent spoken and written English. Any other language is a plus
- Experience in Billing for Multinational Companies.
- Oracle and SAP systems knowledge is a big plus
- Knowledge of EDI processes is a big plus

**Qualifications & experience**:

- 7+ years of relevant working experience in a finance function in matrixed international company (preferably American or Multinational Company) with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems.
- 5+years on Leadership Positions (Supervisor Level at least) - in different I2C roles specially Billing & Credit Risk
- Data analytics experience is required

**Physical & mental requirements**:

- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and multi-task
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectively
- Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure as well as ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
- Leadership experience of medium size teams
- Effective problem-solving skills
