The S&OP Analyst should possess knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods and work in an environment with large complex data sets. This position requires a close working relationship with Actuation Technologies’ operations and demand planning teams across all word areas. They are responsible for facilitating a monthly cadence of S&OP meetings, driving engagement and participation from senior leaders, communicating information used to make business decisions, and installing themselves to become an integral part of driving improvements. **AS A GLOBAL S&OP ANALYST, YOU WILL**:

- Coordinate and facilitate the monthly S&OP meetings to achieve the demand plan consensus including strategic, product, sales, and marketing activities as well as supply plan balance and constraints/gaps
- Develop standard analytics and dashboards to drive supply chain operations efficiencies
- Routine evaluation of the S&OP process efficiency and effectiveness; continuously improve the process by providing tools and procedures for the functional team to be successful
- Collaborate closely with operations and demand planning teams; develop accurate demand plans while supporting the optimization of supply and inventory plans
- Provide analytical input and direction to inform data driven decision making
- Responsible for the measurement and tracking of KPIs; Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics and actions
- Manage S&OP activities that provide analysis which drive business decisions relative to improving service level, efficiency and customer service via streamlining processes and cost savings projects (Continuous Improvement).
- Work with Demand Planners to develop, implement, and maintain a robust project demand forecasting model as well as review and calibrate on project demand (order and forecast) together with Sales, Product Management and Operations team on a regular basis.
- Identify gaps to supply, demand, and financial alignment, leading teams to identify scenarios to mitigate and prepare recommendations for senior leadership review.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of previous experience leading or supporting an S&OP processes
- Strong analytical, planning and systems analysis skills
- Experience with visualization tools, such as PowerBI
- Ability to convey clear, concise information to others (data models, written and verbal)
- Excellent analytical capabilities, including telling a story with data and forecast modeling
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to facilitate conversations or meetings with a large cross-functional group
- Fluent in English Communications (Verbal and Written); work environment is 100% English
