Learning and Development Analyst

This position is responsible for supporting the delivery of programs designed to develop, promote and retain talent within Enterprise Operations and Technology. We are seeking a purpose driven team member with a passion to support EO&T Global talent programming as well as functional training needs for the COO. This role will report into a VP. This is a hybrid role with responsibilities as follows: 50% for designing and delivering functional training; 50% to support EO&T Global talent programs (including mentorship, accelerator programs, etc.).
**Responsibilities**:
- Develops training programs and learning materials using a variety of learning methodologies designed for classroom, self-directed and web-based delivery mediums; integrating adult learning theory and creativity into all design elements for the creation of an interactive and effective learning experience.
- Determines and develops appropriate training solutions for assigned projects, based on the outcome of analyzing business needs, performance goals, and audience.
- Creates measurement strategy for client solutions to include the overall assessment approach.
- Designs and develops of data collection tools and methods to measure the impact of training.
- Is responsible for all other duties assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years of experience in instructional design experience
- Advanced English level
- Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology (ability to provide portfolio with work examples)
- Visual design skills; ability to create storyboards, instructional text, audio/video scripts
- Demonstrated experience incorporating adult learning theory, practices, and methodologies into the creation of training materials used in a business setting
- Ability to develop and proofread training materials
- Ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions
- Ability to read and interpret documents such complex compliance content; compile, analyze and interpret information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Proficient in Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, Media Encoder, Photoshop and Premiere Pro).
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management
- Detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform duties with mínimal direction
- Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented team player with a strong sense of accountability and consistent follow-through
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s/University degree
Responsibilities and priorities will reflect needs of the program and will evolve over time, however the following are some of the specific activities expected of this role:
- Professional Development talent programs
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of talent initiatives / programs though establishing project plans, defining deliverables, timelines management, and monitoring.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of ongoing process improvement opportunities to proactively address pain points
- Support the development of presentations, communications and marketing materials for a wide range of audiences and purposes, including presentations to Business Partners, Program Information Sessions, Senior Leader talking points, and communications / marketing to learners
- Partner with regional and global teams within EO&T and cross functionally with Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development to implement consistent program frameworks.
- Generate program reports that measure and analyze the program(s) effectiveness and ROI tracking.
- Serve as an informal coach to program participants and managers to engage and promote an inclusive, collaborative and innovative culture.
- Participate on special projects as needed across EO&T and the COO Office.
- Functional Training
- Design engaging learning activities and captivating course content that enhances retention and transfer of knowledge
- Use authoring software to create engaging and interactive e-learning courses, videos, etc.
- Create supporting material/media such as: guides, job aids, end-user material, facilitator guides, videos, infographics & simulations
- Partner with HR Learning Partners and SME’s to identify /create modes of assessment, such as tests / knowledge checks to measure the effectiveness of the course
- Update and maintain existing training material keeps abreast of business changes and processes to develop up-to-date and accurate training solutions
- Discuss possible training solutions for assigned projects, based on the outcome of analyzing business needs, performance goals, and audience.
- Create/edit motion graphics; record/edit audio; work with vector graphics; publish/compress video files; edit photos/color correct; create and edit videos.
