**The KYC Americas Learning Development Coordinator will primarily **oversee and drive** the Continuous Learning Plan for KYC Operations staff.**:
**We are looking for someone who can understand, identify partners, coordinate, implement, monitor and share progress for a continuous learning plan, impacting learning curve mainly for our analysts and their managers.**
**Someone up to the challenge of a constantly changing and demanding environment while ensuring controls and tangible progress are maintained at all times.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- ** Management and delivery of the complementary and ad-hoc continuous learning plan for the KYC Ops team, across all levels as required**:

- ** Identify strengths & opportunities on an on-going basis (both Technical & Soft) then, define and deliver effective action plans for consistency and improvement**:

- ** Design / adjust learning material and assessments accordingly (leveraging on technological solutions)**:

- ** Maintain adequate controls: tracking learning and attendance, on time publishing of sessions invites, follow ups, recaps, etc.**:

- ** Ensure that all learning and development deliverables / queries / requests are completed on time and to the highest standard**:

- ** Ensure Continuous Learning Plan to all required levels; analysts, managers and beyond**:

- ** Coordinate training efforts with SMEs to ensure alignment between all teams/groups**:

- ** Ensure plan alignment to global, regional, local strategy, as well as to new policies, processes and technology enhancements**:
**Qualifications**:

- ** 5-8 years of experience in learning & talent development**:

- ** Knowledge & ability to develop learning plans and material for different levels in the organization**:

- ** Capable of building effective networking at all levels**:

- ** Knowledge in technology-based learning is an advantage**:

- ** KYC / AML knowledge is a strong advantage.**:

- ** English required; Portuguese is an advantage**:

- ** Bachelor's degree/University degree OR equivalent experience**:

- ** Discipline, organized, efficiency, effectiveness, capable to communicate and lead parties to complete expectations**:
