Learning & Development Specialist (Location)

**Responsibilities**:
As the Learning & Development Specialist you will:

- Shared Services Center Learning Roadmap - support the Shared Services learning roadmap for Costa Rica
- Shared Services Center Learning Programs - support the effective implementation of the Costa Rica Shared Services Center and functional skills training (e.g., lean six sigma, digitalization, internal customer service, SOX compliance)
- Onboarding Program - support the effective onboarding of all associates in Costa Rica
- Instructor Led Training - facilitation of learning programs related to personal effectiveness and communication, which will include a combination of in-person and virtual delivery. Manage training coordination and logistics to support program delivery. Record completions in LMS.
- Self-Directed E-Learning - promote E-learning content and create development tracks with LinkedIn Learning
- Learning Management System (LMS) - manage LMS requests and collaborate with the HR Shared Services organization on providing LMS support across the region, optimize the functionality and design of Workday Learning to provide a positive user experience, LMS reporting and analysis
- Payment Process - request new vendor creation, vendor extensions and updates. Create Purchase Requisitions and book Goods Receipts for HR vendors. Collaborate with the Purchasing group and external accounting partner (Genpact) to support the payment process.
- Assessments - launch 360 feedback assessments and third-party leadership assessments, communicate with the participants and third-party vendors who provide the assessments. Generate and share reports with HR Business Partners.

SharePoint sites - administrate and manage content of internal HR sites on SharePoint

Required Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 7+ years of HR experience with 3+ years in Learning and Development.
- Prior experience facilitating training both in person and virtually.
- Fluency in English.
- Prior experience with LMS required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience as an HR Business Partner is a plus.
- Experience with Workday Learning is a plus.
