**Role Overview**:
**Key responsibilities**

**Pre-boarding and Onboarding**:

- Collect and manage necessary documentation from new hires to ensure compliance and readiness for their start date.
- Coordinate a smooth onboarding process, including setting up new hires in our HRIS System.
- Contact new hires to guide them through the next steps and expectations before their first day.
- Manage pre-boarding experience, providing detailed information on benefits, technology, expectations, and required documentation.
- Create contracts and ensure timely signing of pre-boarding documents. Follow up as needed.
- Planned scheduled, and managed day one new hire orientations (NEO) across all locations.
- Develop agendas for NEO sessions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of HR topics.
- Provide HR guidance and support to new hires during NEO, fostering a positive and informative experience.

**HRIS Support**:

- Assist with data entry and maintenance in our HRIS, ensuring the accuracy of employee records.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to keep employee information up-to-date.
- Maintain employee files in a confidential and organized manner.
- Assist with record requests and ensure compliance with record retention policies.

**Documentation and Letter Creation**:

- Draft and manage HR-related documents, including offer letters, contracts, and other administrative materials.
- Streamline document creation processes to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in the creation and review of HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and organizational needs.
- Create a people operations playbook and needed SOPs.

**Benefits Administration**:

- Facilitate open enrollment processes for both US and CR locations.
- Address benefits-related inquiries from employees and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure competitive offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in benefits to ensure our benefit offerings remain consistent with the market.

**Compliance and Policies**:

- Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies across all locations, updating and communicating policies as needed, and providing training to employees and leads on compliance matters.

**People Operations Projects**:

- Support any people operation initiatives for any of our locations as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, onboarding, and HRIS management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and legal regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software
