In this role you will be responsible for completing all incoming tasks as assigned. The Apple Consultant may work in multiple GDS and process requests based on industry, client, and BCD Travel rules and procedures.
**A snapshot of this opportunity**
- IATA Ticketing & Refunds, Unused ticket tracking, client invoicing, credit card reconciliation, Data Quality Control
- Timely follow-up of reservations to ensure accurate fulfilment
- Build and maintain accurate knowledge of the various supported travel industries (air, car, hotel, rail, etc...)
- Work with a variety of different tools and systems
- Work in an international team of colleagues, from different countries and continents
- Interact and cooperate with other departments to reach the common goal: deliver excellent service to the customers
- Reach a high level of accuracy and complete all tasks with a minimum of errors
**How you can set yourself apart**
- Extensive experience in a Business Corporate Travel Agency
- Experience in GDS Sabre
- Understanding of travel industry related rules & regulations such as IATA & BSP, EU Air Passenger Rights, GDPR, PCI compliance
- Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken. Knowledge of (an)other European language(s) is an asset
