In this role you will provide support to help customers seamlessly resolve issues and be part of a team responsible for providing an outstanding technical support experience. From problem identification to full resolution, you will own and manage the customer experience. You will provide both technical expertise (either on your own or by involving your colleagues) and excellent communication and follow-up with the customer.

**Your Impact & Responsibilities**:

- Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, serving as a customer advocate for timely resolution
- Manage support cases/queue to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
- Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for client cloud related issues
- Create technical articles or publish Technical Support documentation in the Knowledge Base
- Maintain a current understanding of the CloudGuard products via for training materials, technical documentation, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.

**Your Knowledge & Skills**:

- 2+ years of hands-on, technical experience in customer support or technical support
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP cloud architecture)
- Curious and always learning with a passion to solve complex problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a diverse and global team environment
- Experience with Cloud Security preferred
