Team overview and job responsibilities

Job responsibilities- Implement and deliver Talent Acquisition strategies in partnership with the Hiring Managers LATAM/Global Talent Acquisition Lead, to identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely manner. This will involve proactive activity, developing and executing sourcing plans, conducting direct sourcing activity, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process.-
- Delivers high quality and timely performance management yearly cycle, analyzing outcomes and implementing specific development actions for staff employees.- Ensures accurate talent management in line with Prysmian Leadership Model, focusing on potential evaluation and talent pipeline.- Provide strategic and operational business partnerships to dedicated departments and leadership to build and execute succession planning, performance management, employee relations conversations, and other people-related projects.- Use data to make recommendations and provide strategies for elevating the team, performance, and employee engagement.- Coach employees and leaders to proactively manage through change and provide guidance on a variety of employee topics.- Responsible for cascading internal communication, engagement and D&I activities in the country following group and regional guidelines.- Design, develop, implement, and oversee training programs for the business, by identifying development needs for employees. Create entirely new initiatives or reform and improve existing programs, establishing assessment standards and benchmarks to evaluate the program’s success.-
- Promote and train process participants in the requirements of other support processes or with whom they interact to achieve the effective operation (Example; Dissemination of quality policy, communication activities, motivation, safety at work, environmental aspects).- Immediately address and respond to any non-conformity associated with process management (internal, external audits, complaints, customer complaints).

Who are we looking for?- Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or Related.- At least 5 years of HR / PD / TA experience in a demanding manufacturing environment.- Language: Advanced English (required)- Knowledge in Labor Law, talent development, compensation and well-being, culture, organizational design, organizational communication and indicators of management and human capital, regulations, nominations, training, etc.- Advanced Excel (required)- Ability to work in a team-based environment- Proven success in people and talent management at all levels of the organization.- Proven success in talent acquisition / recruitment practice in complex organizations.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Results and metrics driven with the ability to work in a high performance-manufacturing environment.-
- Ability to lead complex change and transformation efforts and manage multiple, complex tasks with attention to detail. This includes excellent ability to motivate and communicate with diplomacy to facilitate positive outcomes.- Trusted advisor with an ability to coach, mentor and guide all associates.- Ability to motivate, communicate and lead continuous improvement of HR service delivery.- Must have ability to establish rapport with all levels of the organization.- Ability to create human resource solutions with a bottom-line result.- Ability to use human capital management platforms (use of Workday will be considered as a plus).
