We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Knowledge Management (KM) Coordinator. In this role, you will provide essential support to both our sales organization and Proposal Management teams. You will have the opportunity to work with the Knowledge Management Lead to assist with a range of knowledge management initiatives, ensuring the seamless flow of information and the delivery of high-quality proposals.

Sound like you?
Track country-specific statistics in spreadsheets & other tracking databases
Review submitted RFPs (Request For Proposal) for data points & information (i.e., client references used, new content)
Upload and manage documents in SharePoint and Seismic
Partner with Proposal Managers in support of the RFP close-out process
Ensure all final proposal documents are uploaded to the correct location
Support proposal writers with drafting questions & answers

Have a minimum of 7 -10 years of relevant experience
Experience in traffic management, content delivery, or project management
Advanced to Fluent English level (both written and verbal)
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Great command under pressure and stress
A pragmatic approach to problem-solving
Adaptability to new situations
Strong collaboration skills
Demonstrable ability to work proactively and autonomously and be accountable for own decisions

**It would be great if you also have**:
Bachelor’s or Licenciatura degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or any related field
Strong and exceptional writing and proofreading skills
