**Lo que implica este trabajo**: Es responsable de supervisar y coordinar las actividades relacionadas con el mantenimiento y la gestión de las instalaciones de una organización. Su función principal es garantizar que todas las instalaciones estén en buen estado de funcionamiento, seguras y cumplan con los estándares de calidad.
Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Facilities Coordinator para unirse a nuestro equipo:
- Zona de trabajo: Heredia, Costa Rica.
- Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 hs.
- Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial
- Tipo de contratación: Tiempo indeterminado
¿Cuál es tu día a día?
**Mantenimiento de instalaciones**: Supervisar y coordinar las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones, incluyendo equipos y sistemas eléctricos, mecánicos, de plomería y de seguridad. Esto implica asegurarse de que todos los servicios estén funcionando correctamente, realizar inspecciones y coordinar los servicios de reparación necesarios.
**Coordinación de proveedores**: Gestionar y coordinar el trabajo de contratistas y proveedores externos, como servicios de limpieza, mantenimiento de jardines, control de plagas, seguridad, entre otros. Esto incluye la contratación, supervisión y evaluación de los proveedores para garantizar la calidad de los servicios y la eficiencia en el uso de los recursos.
**Supervisión y control de costos**: Ser responsable de controlar los gastos relacionados con el mantenimiento de las instalaciones y asegurarse de que se mantengan dentro del presupuesto establecido. Esto implica la gestión eficiente de recursos y la búsqueda de oportunidades para reducir costos sin comprometer la calidad.
**Seguridad y cumplimiento normativo**: Asegurarse de que todas las instalaciones cumplan con las normas de seguridad y salud ocupacional establecidas. Esto incluye la gestión de los requisitos legales y normativos aplicables, la implementación de políticas de seguridad y la supervisión de la capacitación del personal en medidas de seguridad.
Experiência y habilidades técnicas deseadas
Experiência previa en el mantenimiento y gestión de instalaciones.
Conocimientos técnicos sobre sistemas eléctricos, mecánicos, de plomería y de seguridad.
Habilidades de organización y capacidad para priorizar tareas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
Capacidad para resolver problemas y tomar decisiones rápidas.
Conocimiento de normas de seguridad y salud ocupacional.
Conocimientos básicos del uso de software de gestión de instalaciones o facilidades.
