**Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS) is a full-service security and investigative team that protects the assets, integrity, and reputation of Citi and its clients. We accomplish this by offering in-house professional security services and independent investigations to clients across all of Citi's businesses and regions, and partnerships with other Citi business groups, law enforcement agencies, governments, and industry counterparts.**:
***The CSIS Operations Center Team Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in alignment with the CSIS Global Operations franchise manual. The position focuses on managing the maker processes of global and regional CSIS Third Party Management (TPM) activities (On-boarding (risk assessment/due diligence), contract, ongoing monitoring and termination) and invoice operations. This role will enhance the operational processes related to vendor management and invoice operations.**:
**CSIS Shared Operations Center is the unit responsible to coordinate and support all CSIS Americas BAU operations. This position will oversee the internal control (efficiency on Citi’s operations, policies compliance, guarantee the information accuracy, and guarantee the fixed assets). Will be responsible for the management and supervision of the day-to-day operational activities conducted by the team, including leading efforts to ensure the effective execution of the Operations Center responsibilities, overseeing the completion of data collection and analytics, and fostering a productive team environment.**:

**The role holder will lead a first line team of CSIS Analysts, receiving and responding to incoming request and cases, resolving as many as possible to create a ‘right first time’ culture. Will act as first point of contact for our customers the team will have a significant impact on our ability to meet service level Agreements and effective escalation management will be critical to our service delivery. The Team will also deliver services creating documents, maintaining vendor files and updating systems.**:

- ** Lead day-to-day activities of the CSIS Operations Center Team in a supervisory capacity**:
- ** Provide input to performance measurements of teams and provide coaching**:
- ** Provides expert guidance and support on the development of key controls, standard processes, operating procedures, and promulgation of best practices**:
- ** Interface with Security Managers, Sourcing Managers, Third Party Officers (TPOs), Business Activity Owners (BAOs), Sector and Regional Risk teams, and other Citi business stakeholders on a regular basis**:
- ** Manages the implementation of the regional CSIS Third Party Management (contracts management) by designing related internal processes and providing the appropriate control infrastructure guidance when necessary**:
- ** Reviews and coordinates the documentation of all operational activities with vendors**:
- ** Manages operational (end-to-end process) requisitions related to projects and/or BAU operations**:
- ** Authorizes that vendors are correctly classified and in compliance with Citi’s policies**:
- ** Confirms that vendors meet their contractual obligations (service provided on time with quality)**:
- ** Monitors and ensures that all the ongoing monitoring of controls are closed as per the target close date**:
- ** Monitors that the services provided are accurate paid by anticipating the monthly invoices amounts**:
- ** Monitors and ensures that Purchase Orders (PO) and invoices of both CASP and Non CASP vendors are created and processed as per the Citi policies and controls**:
- ** Manages communications with vendor and accounts payable contacts**:
- ** Manages and monitors the timely execution of expense allocation of security & investigative expenses monthly**:
- ** Reviews the monthly reconciliations between actual payments and accounting information month end**:
- ** Reviews the operational and executive reports base on CSIS management and/or functions needs**:
- ** Uses problem solving skills to determine the root cause for the problem and suggest solutions**:
- ** Demonstrated leadership skills regardless of reporting lines**:
- ** Support reporting activities and Senior Management presentations as required**:
- ** Participate in continuous improvement activities**:
- ** Complete all tasks in connection with the organization’s activity but not detailed in the current job description, charged by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head**:
