Summary

CSIS is a full-service team that protects the employees, assets, information, integrity, and reputation of Citi and its clients. We accomplish this by offering industry-leading professional security services, fraud prevention, and independent investigations to all of Citi’s businesses and regions globally, and by partnering with internal business colleagues, law enforcement agencies, and the industry internally.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage the enterprise risk management: risk identification, risk analysis and evaluation, risk response, control design and implementation, risk monitoring and reporting (including MCA).
- Attend and coordinate all internal audits and external audit reviews, including regulatory examinations.
- Responsible for quality oversight and monitoring that our policies, standards, and guidelines are met.
- Manage and drive the issue management process from start to finish. facilitates and ensures issue management quality standards are met for issues documented, acting as the single point of contact for issue metrics.
- Manage the regulatory change management, identifying regulations applicable to the business.
- Manage and coordinate the continuity of business tasks to comply with the Citi policy
- Manage and coordinate the records management tasks to comply with the Citi policy
- Manage and coordinate the data privacy tasks to comply with the citi policy
- Develops and produces metrics (key process indicators [kpi], key risk indicators [kri] & key control indicators [kci]) for senior leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Advanced Degree or equivalent in experience.
- Experience in understanding Enterprise Risk Management framework, Regulatory change management. Internal control managing and Audits.
- Advanced English Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel (metrics and data analysis), PowerPoint (presentation decks), and Word (writing and editing procedural and technical documentation).
