The Citi Security & Investigative Services (CSIS) Operations Center Manager is responsible for directly managing the standard execution of tactical day-to-day work in alignment with the CSIS Global Operations - four pillars model; relevant areas of operations includes: End-to-end Third Party Management (TPM), along with Financials (invoicing, fix asset management and accounting), in addition to the Risk & Controls (R&C) area (policy compliance support).

This role will report directly to the Global Head of CSIS Operations and will support NAM, LATAM & Mexico regions. This position will communicate and interact with all levels of management to ensure compliance with policies and standards while overseeing the referred transactional processes. This role will also be expected to work collaboratively with COE business partners such as (Accounts Payable, Sourcing, Finance, TPU, HR, etc.), functional and global teams with a mind-set to anticipate, and as needed, escalate issues, regulatory and policy impacts to the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the operational center to ensures the team has the required resources to perform their assigned work.
- Ensures the team adheres to the appropriate Citi policy, standards and procedures.
- Demonstrate an advanced understanding of Third Party Management (TPM) processes to ensure compliance to Citi standards.
- Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to meet the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) by the region/global.
- Concentrated effort to enhance customer experience.
- Participate all the Operational Center forums.
- Ensure proper maker/checker processes are performed and the agreed workflows are followed by the team at the Operational Center.
- Manage execution of the TPM operational processes.
- Oversee all performance metrics related to TPM program.
- Provides direction on any TPM operational escalations.
- Responsible of providing regional support on R&C operational processes.
- Provides direction on any R&C operational escalation.
- Support and implement Risk Management Regional initiatives in coordination with CSIS R&C Global Program Office and Regional Stakeholders.
- Participate and provide timely response to CSIS Management and associated Committees.
- Generate analysis, reports and presentations for Senior Management in CSIS, Global Ops, and other forums outside CSIS.
- Maintain regional initiatives to standardize and deliver Key Risk Indicators, Key Performance Indicators, Executive Scorecards and Management Information required to meet goals and commitments.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience
- Experience working Shared Services Operations Model.
- Experience with Third Party Management, payment processing, financial analysis and budget/forecast required.
- Experience in managing a team(s) of excellent problem-solvers with a technical, organized and analytical mindset
- Negotiate solutions and acts as a liaison with internal and external customers when necessary.
- Proven influencing, communication and consulting skills
- Experience working with and influencing global teams
- Experience in operations areas: Organizational management, project management, operations, technology, and finance
- Proven experience in articulating and implementing best practices related to your support area
- Experience in directing and working with virtual global teams
- Domestic and International travel
- Advanced English

**Education**:

- Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
