Como socios comerciales fuertes, Ecolab trabaja con los clientes para desarrollar planes y programas de saneamiento, evaluar procesos y procedimientos, solucionar problemas técnicos e identificar e implementar eficiencias operativas.

**¿Qué harás?**
- Desarrollar un sólido conocimiento de los productos de Ecolab, las operaciones de la planta del cliente y los objetivos empresariales, así como de la normativa gubernamental aplicable
- Desarrollar planes de trabajo estratégicos para completar los objetivos de ventas y las llamadas de servicio/consulta con clientes nuevos y existentes
- Preparar y realizar presentaciones de ventas sobre los productos, equipos y servicios innovadores de Ecolab
- Proporcionar a los clientes conocimientos especializados del sector en materia de saneamiento, seguridad, calidad y operaciones, incluida la asistencia en planes y programas de saneamiento, procedimientos operativos estándar, evaluación de procesos y procedimientos, identificación y aplicación de eficiencias operativas y capacitación de personal
- Gestionar los productos y equipos de Ecolab; participar en la instalación de equipos, observar y probar el rendimiento de los equipos y los productos, reparar o ajustar los equipos, ajustar los níveles de concentración química, supervisar el inventario de productos y realizar pedidos
- Implementar los compromisos de cuentas corporativas acordados e informar proactivamente al Gerente de Cuentas Corporativas (CAM) de los resultados, desafíos e iniciativas - en caso de que se le asignen cuentas corporativas
- Comunicarse eficazmente con todos los níveles del personal de la planta; establecer relaciones y redes comerciales sólidas
- Seguir las directrices de seguridad de Ecolab y los requisitos de notificación de incidentes

**Detalles de la posición**:

- El territorio de la ruta incluirá: principalmente el GAM, con posibilidad de atender clientes fuera del mismo

- Formación que incluye una combinación de clases teóricas y prácticas con evaluaciones periódicas

**Requisitos mínimos**:

- Bachillerato o Licenciatura en Química, Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Electricidad, tecnología de Alimentos o Administración
- 2 años de experiência en ventas técnicas con conocimientos en el sector de la carne, los productos lácteos y las aves de corral o en el sector de las bebidas y la elaboración de cerveza
- Excepcionales aptitudes interpersonales, de comunicación y de presentación
- Capacidad para tomar la iniciativa y trabajar de forma independiente
- Estar en posesión de un permiso de conducir válido con un registro de vehículos aceptable
- Disposición y capacidad para viajar en carro por todo el territorio, incluidos viajes periódicos con pernoctación, podría ser necesario estar de guardia fuera del horario laboral y los fines de semana cuando sea necesario
