**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Perform day-to-day Project Management of the ServiceNow tool
Coordinate business service discussions within the specific Product/Application
Coordinate with your IT Project Manager (if appropriate) and assist in the coordination and testing of vendor-provided updates and new releases
Work with business users to identify and refine specific business requirements and workflows
Identify and define business solutions for all Application users

Coordinate the troubleshooting patch / release management issues
Aiding in translating business requirements into technical requirements

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
2+ years’ experience with ServiceNow as a Project Manager or similar responsibility
Knowledge of Project Management Best Practices
Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall PM Methodology
Experience in running Scrum Meetings and daily stand-ups
Experience in managing ServiceNow Project using ServiceNow ITBM Agile 2.0
Experience in implementing ServiceNow NowCreate processes and functions
Experience with Service Management (IT, HR, GRC, CSM etc.,)
Integration experience with systems like Watson, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba etc.,
Knowledge of related systems and their functions
Working knowledge of relational databases

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
PMP or Certified Scrum Master Certification
Expertise implementing ServiceNow preferred
Certified System Administrator
