Job summary
Amazon Advertising is growing its online advertising program and is seeking an experienced AdOps Manager who will be responsible for building and developing a team of AdOps Associates and Specialists, to support a global ad operations business. The AdOps Manager plays an important role within our global operations team by driving team performance and ensuring flawless execution through operational excellence. This role requires experience in a heavily process driven environment. Your team will deliver results by providing operational support to uphold a high-quality customer and advertiser experience. This lead will leverage their experience and judgment to grow and mentor a team of associates in an environment that is extremely customer centric.
**Specific responsibilities include**:
- Resource management and planning.
- Define and assess team performance against business objectives.
- Provide ongoing guidance, coaching and performance feedback to the team.
- Deep understanding of Ad Serving technologies tools and campaign management workflows.
- Ability to attract and hire talent to meet business growth objectives.
- Ensure campaign fulfillment is meeting the highest standards.
- Liaise with Amazon global and managers to discuss work queue and team performance.
- Lead ad-hoc projects to improve processes and maintain ad serving capabilities.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree (preferably with emphasis in marketing, advertising or related field) and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
- A deep understanding of the ad serving and order management ecosystem.
- Project Management experience.
