As an Americas Process Improvement Expert within the Strategy, Execution & Reengineering organization in FRSS, you will review and analyze mainly accounting & financial processes to assess the performance and prepare a business case with recommendations to simplify, standardize and automate low or non-value-added activities. You will need to handle unstructured data gathered thru standard operating procedures, walkthroughs, shadowing, and reports and prepare with it a complete business case with your suggestions. As part of this team, you will partner with the automation team, grassroots (culture & ideation) and global process service management teams to boost synergies and accelerate the pace of improvements in the reporting operations teams. This position is a leadership role with individual contributor responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assess and investigate the E2E connections of the processes to provide develop “to-be” processes that are disruptive and high-quality. You will leverage Lean in your assessments.
- Collaborate and create a strong network to partner with leaders to assess their processes.
- Lead discovery events using different methodologies to understand the pain points and build a project pipeline.
- Research best practices and leverage available tools and technologies to provide higher value to the internal customers.
- Lead on site and virtual meetings with team members in different locations around the world.
- Present progress reports and results to senior leadership.
- Other related activities could be assigned according to the level and strategy of the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- 6+ years of experience in Shared Services / Financial departments
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement or project management
- Knowledge in Lean for process improvement and project management frameworks including Agile.
- Proven leadership skills (Individual contributor)
- Effective and fluent communication in Spanish and English with all levels in the organization including Directors and above.
- Able to influence and collaborate
- Fast learner, can pick up new content in a fast-paced environment
- Self-started / motivated and result oriented
- Team player, able to partner with complex stakeholders
