**Responsibilities**: - Independently assess risks and drive actions to address the root causes that persistently lead to operational risk losses by challenging both historical and proposed practices. - Assist with the resolution of TPM Process-level escalations coming from internal partners. - Analyze various scorecards/performance management tools to identify areas of risk. - Communicate with Senior Managers, Business Stakeholders, multiple lines of Defense, business process owners, and functional areas to build and maintain strong partnerships. - Assist with TPM Governance oversight, as well as change management of Policy and Enterprise-Wide Operating Procedures. - Drive change and challenge existing processes for improvement. - Organize and maintain change management documentation utilizing various tools such as SharePoint. - Assist with Senior level presentation of TPM “Book of Work” - Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. - Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. - Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. **Qualifications**: - English level: Advanced - Bachelor’s/University degree complete - Minimum of 3+ years experience with Risk & Controls Management and/or Third Party Management - Experience with Process Re-Engineering/ability to visualize and understand end to end process flows. Simplification and standardization of processes and control design and identification - Robust understanding of root cause analysis and development of corrective action plans - Ability to drive change working through expansive slate of stakeholders and delivering solutions within established timeframes - Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliverables while remaining flexible and open to change. - Ability to multi-task, be flexible and address ad-hoc requests - Attention to detail/excellent organizational skills - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to senior management and influence desired outcomes at all levels of an organization - Outstanding relationship building and relationship management skills - Self-motivated and detail oriented - In depth knowledge of SharePoint - Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel **Desirable**: - Bachelor’s university degree (finished) - Project management experience is a plus C12 - **Job Family Group**: Finance - **Job Family**: Process Control - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
