The Third-Party Management (TPM) Risk and Performance Officer will join Citi’s Enterprise Third Party Risk Management group, which is accountable for the end-to-end Third-Party Management program at Citi, covering both external suppliers and internal (Inter-Affiliate) service providers. The TPRM Risk and Performance Officer is responsible for the development, implementation and continual improvement of reporting tools/strategy/processes to oversee sectors Internal and External TPM risk and performance responsibilities. **Responsibilities**: **TPM Oversight** - Conducts oversight of Third Party relationships to verify that the governance, risk, and control oversight activities are performed and completed in a timely manner. - Communicate with Senior Managers, Business Stakeholders, multiple lines of defense, business process owners, and functional areas to build and maintain strong partnerships. - Resolve TPM Process-level escalations coming from internal partners. - Assist with change management of Enterprise-Wide Operating Procedures. - Support creation of requirements for improving business and oversight processes to create lasting solutions for minimizing losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks. - Compile and present reports for regional boards on TPRM compliance as well as any relevant TPM updates and/or addressing concerns. - Provide transparency into the effectiveness of key TPRM deliverables for senior management, through regular monthly reporting and ensuring the accuracy of the reporting. - Educate sectors/businesses on proper use of TPRM framework, procedures and tools in alignment to our Third party management policy. This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
