The Citi Global Sourcing (CGS) Sourcing Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the Personal Banking Wealth Management Group (PBWM) on various Strategic Sourcing Initiatives and projects. This includes creating or renewing contracts, managing the overall contractual process, on-boarding new Suppliers, supporting Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) and Requests for Information (RFI’s). **Main Responsibilities**: - Manage a large workload of projects / contracts. This includes working with the Business Stakeholders, internal colleagues, and external Suppliers to create or renew agreements. - Ability to review, understand and negotiate key contractual points such as termination for convenience rights; fees; payment terms; Supplier billing terms; legal entity names and addresses - Knowledge of Third-Party Management and Compliance procedures (TP-RAP; RTR; MCIA) - Knowledge and use of TP-RAP and Due Diligence Tools - Knowledge and use of GEP, CASP+ and P2P systems **Additional Responsibilities**: - Participate in the Sourcing process for the various products and services within the sub-category(s) - Assist cross-functional team in developing and executing sourcing strategies, supplier management strategies, and contract negotiations including drafting and red-lining contracts - Ability to create, support and mange Request for Proposals (RFP’s), Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quotes (RFQ) and eAuction events. - Analyze RFx responses and develop reports or PowerPoint presentations illustrating saves or increases in spend. Identify baseline spend analysis - Coordinate the preparation and analysis of bid packages. - Identify and implement “Value Add” such as savings opportunities and process improvements - Work with varied units through expense managers, reengineering teams/vendor managers, expense policy compliance and reporting, senior management briefing books, etc. - Utilize various Citi tools and processes to research supplier and commodity information as well as work with suppliers to measure and track performance and reporting/reconciliation requirements - Work with suppliers and internal business units to consolidate information, perform ad hoc spend requests, program compliance monitoring reports and commodity reports, and RFx analysis - Work with varied units through expense managers, reengineering teams/vendor managers, expense policy compliance and reporting, senior management briefing books, etc. **Qualifications**: - 5-8 years of relevant experience related to Procurement / Sourcing / Supply Chain - Advanced English level - Experience with Procurement and Accounts Payable (AP) systems - Experience with Contracts and eProcurement tools (e.g. Oracle, Procure-to-Pay, eAuction, eRFX) - Experience with reporting and analytics - Experience with Risk and Controls preferred - Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate - Demonstrated organization and time management skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree finished C12 - **Job Family Group**: Corporate Services - **Job Family**: Supply Chain - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
