The Sourcing Analyst will support the development and growth of the analytics model and support the procurement organization with the researching, organizing, compiling, analyzing, tracking, and reporting of financial information and data. This position works closely across the organization as a key contributor to strategy development and execution. - Partner with sourcing teams and their strategies through the provision of financial analysis and interpretation particularly as it relates to vendor spend across Citi’s regions, businesses, and functions. - Support the sourcing teams on a variety of projects that encompass high volumes of financial spend and savings related information and support the achievement of save targets. - Support RFx and eAuction events with robust, detailed financial analysis from inception to close and presenting results in a logical, actionable, and easy to understand formats. This includes identifying and clarifying strengths and weaknesses of suppliers and their financial health. - Analyze key market data, statistics and reports to help deepen the understanding of cost drivers, industry dynamics, market trends, and best practices. - Partner with the sourcing organization to review projects savings and deal documentation ensuring calculations and forecasts are aligned with internal savings guidelines and support the reporting of project savings to business and regional CFO’s. - Develop and implement solutions and analysis tools in MS Excel and MS Access that will allow for data to be analyzed, summarized, and reported in tables, charts, and graphs. - Partner across the organization to support the growth of analytical scope being provided to add the most value possible to the sourcing organization. - Implement and improve existing processes and bring efficiencies to procedures and tools. - Interact with all levels of management, including sourcing managers (regional/global) and senior management from various businesses and suppliers. **Qualification Requirements**: - Bachelor's university degree finished - Minimum 5-8 years of relevant financial and analytical experience - Advanced English level - Advanced MS Excel and overall MS Office skills; Power BI, Power Query and Tableau a plus - Highly motivated self-starter that takes initiative and can effectively organize, multi-task and prioritize a wide array of projects - Ability to work accurately in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with tight timeframes - Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills - Customer service orientation and leadership/influencing skills - Navigates effectively in a changing environment where competing priorities require flexibility - Ability to work in a highly organized and efficient manner with a focus on detail and accuracy - Enjoys working in a team-focused environment and contributing to the team - Procurement or Sourcing skills and knowledge preferred. - Understanding of P&L, amortization, depreciation preferred.
