The Resource Management Organization (RMO) Sourcing Analyst 1 is an entry level position responsible for assisting in procurement activities such as placing orders, receiving delivery and identifying comparable supplies and suppliers in coordination with the Corporate Services team. The overall objective of this role is to acquire goods and services requested by company personnel in support of the company's business. **Responsibilities**: - Responsible for management the day to day operation for all Competitive Bidding process. Creation and administration of eRFx and eAuctions. - Assist in implementation of standards, policies, targets, and category strategies - Participate in cross regional and global purchase projects. - Provide administrative assistance for sourcing tools and coordinate negotiation and productivity development activities - Provide commodity sourcing analysis and assistance, provide analytical and organizational support to saves, spend, and opportunity analytics - Assist in the preparations and analysis of bid packages, eAuction events, and formal request process replies, as well as develop reports and graphs/charts to illustrate saves or spending - Partner with internal business units to consolidate information, perform ad hoc spend requests, generate program compliance monitoring reports, commodity reports, and formal request process analysis**Requirements**: - 2+ years of relevant experience related to procurement process - English level advanced - Bachelor’s degree/University degree in process - Working knowledge of the procurement process - Working knowledge of industry practices and standards Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication **Desirable** - Portuguese intermediate - **Job Family Group**: Corporate Services - **Job Family**: Supply Chain - **Time Type**: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
