**Job Description**:
**Position Summary**

**General Job Responsibilities**
- Address customer’s technical requests, issues or complaints (via all communication channels).
- In case of escalation, create and forward case to Solutions Group (Level II)
- Give answers to known post/pre sales technical issues
- Aid with internal knowledge base library accuracy.
- Provide support using available remote support tools if requested.
- Escalate serious complaints according BT complaint process
- Attend internal training.
- Perform other functions related to the position.
- Collect log files and configuration files
- Forward non-tech support issue to related department.
- Active contribution for product improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Student of Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Networking knowledge is a plus
- Operating systems Installation and setup knowledge is a plus
- English level B2+
- Hands-on problem solver
