**El Rol**
- Gestionar y atender las llamadas de manera efectiva, siguiendo el procedimiento establecido
- Proporcionar apoyo con la administración y logística de reservas de espacios para reuniones.
- Gestionar servicios de impresión y mensajería
- Apoyar las funciones del área de Facilities Services de la oficina, en la actualización de procedimientos de emergencia
- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa
- Brindar apoyo en los temas de administración del edificio

**Los Requerimientos**
- Diploma de educación secundaria, preferiblemente cursando estudios de carrera universitaria
- Excelente comunicación al cliente
- Comunicación Efectiva
- Capacidad de organización
- Gestión del tiempo
- Capacidad de solución de problemas
- Discreción y confidencialidad
- Administración paquetería interna y externa
- Inglés básico
