**_ Your Responsibilities_**: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

- Support TO Effectiveness through Knowledge Management and HR Help Content across the Region.
- Identify and map key local process and identify improvements to optimize and gain efficiency.
- Run Regional Training and support on Governance and CommCells in order to build team capability to deliver an excellent service.
- Implement new ways-of-working as part of T1 teams. Work on current gaps. Incorporate new ways of working and the use of HR enabling technologies.
- Enhance Employee Experience by continuously improving HR Help Content available for Employees - work with country and region T1 teams to deliver effective content.
- Identify key optimization opportunities within hub focused on the delivering services more effectively and efficiently.
- Identify and recommend areas for standardization, automation or improvement in systems and processes, and collaborate with the Global and Local teams on implementation.

Our Human Resources Services area is characterized by supporting all requests that come into Tier 1 from employees, managers and Local Human Resources. The Human Resources Customer Service works closely with the Human Resources partners and other members of Local Tier 1 and beyond, to provide the effortless customer experience we are aiming for.

**Basic Qualifications**:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

- Advanced university student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related degree.
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- English Level: Advanced.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

- Experience working in a Human Resources Shared Services.
- Experience of Workday and/or Service Now or other systems.
- Portuguese and/or French will be considered a plus.
