**Job Description**:
Workday Senior Analyst-New Health Care Company

3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favorable global megatrends and attractive end markets. This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:
- Proven category leadership- Exposure to attractive end-markets- Innovation mindset driving improved patient outcomes- Collaborative customer relationships- Deep global regulatory experience- Operational excellence and strong cash flow- Strong sales growth and profitability with significant recurring sales

We expect the creation of the two companies will be completed by the end of 2023. For now, we will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company”.

Workstream description:
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Workday Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- _ Managing employee data maintenance requests such as new hire processing, employee relationship change, mass uploads, individual data correction for 3M and non-3M employees, category change, pay/work schedules, effective date changes and execution of reversals_
- _ Performing HR processes in line with global directions, legal standards and country specific requirements,_
- _ Achieving Service Center’s quality and volume targets and maintains customer satisfaction_

Your Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience in HR area
- previous experience in Shared Services environment is an advantage
- Workday experience - desired
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures
- Fluency in English & Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)

Soft skills:

- _ Must to be able to maintain and retain confidentiality of data, protection of workforce data_
- _ Strong attention to detail combined with successful time management and prioritization skills_
- _ Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team_
- _ Detail oriented/accurate and thorough_

Technical skills:

- _ Excellent understanding of HR Processes_
- _ Continuous improvement mindset combined with a solution orientated work approach_
- _ Highly computer literate, knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint._
