IT Client Services Coordinator (New Health Care Company)

- Work location: Costa Rica- Proven category leadership- Exposure to attractive end-markets- Innovation mindset driving improved patient outcomes- Collaborative customer relationships- Deep global regulatory experience- Operational excellence and strong cash flow- Strong sales growth and profitability with significant recurring sales- Responsibility for IT infrastructure in Costa Rica- Manage a team of outsourced technicians- Implement global IT procedures and systems, working with global support teams- Liaison between site engineering, external vendors and corporate IT teams in relation to service issues, or project installations- Lead IT Infrastructure projects- Manage IT components of local statutory and audit requirements- End User Service project support and delivery- Vendor management for local suppliers including mobile telecoms, PC support and network connectivity

Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or job experience equivalent.- Professional IT experience- Applicants should have a strong IT background, be comfortable working with different levels in the organization and able to communicate with both IT and non-IT customers.- Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, etc.)-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Demonstrated ability to create effective and engaging communications- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills- Customer service mindset and sense of urgency- Experience working in a large, multi-national corporation
