As a Sr. Developer - PL/SQL you will Handle Inbound inquiries of moderate scope and complexity within customer service areas, such as Account Management, Upselling, Customer Issue Resolution, Customer Inquiry Support, Customer Service Analytics. You will interact with individuals such as patients, family members, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals, enhancing our customers experience with their healthcare needs.

Job Requirements:

- Develop and optimize database structures, store procedures, dynamic management views, DDL triggers and user define functions.
- Modify, maintain and develop PL/SQL codes for new customer requirements which involve cursors, functions, procedures triggers and collections.
- Perform data modeling and create/maintain and modify complex database triggers and data migration scripts.
- Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases
- Skilled at optimizing large, complicated SQL statements
- Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases
- Hands on development using PL/SQL.
- Evaluation of new and upcoming technologies.
- Providing technical assistance, problem resolution and troubleshooting support.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Business or related field (completed and verified prior to start).
- 7 years experience with PL/SQL development
- Understand various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc).

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- _ Experience with PowerBuilder2021_
- _ Lean/Six Sigma Green belt (or other process improvement disciplines)._
- _ Stron_g communication, facilitation and presentation skills across technical and senior operational management audiences._
- _ Experience with Oracle DB and PL/SQL._
- _ Strong experience in integration components such as web services, frameworks etc._
- _ Experience using J2EE, XML, Java, JSP etc._
- _ Knowledge of web technologies such as Javascript, CSS, HTML5 etc._
- _ Familiar with various IT and PM tools - JIRA, RTC etc._
- _ Healthcare Order to Cash experience (preferred)_
- _ Agile methodologies_
- _ ITIL certified (preferred)_
- _ Proficiency in one or more of the following areas:_
- _ UI/UX Design and Development._
- _ Oracle EBS, PL/SQL, Data Analysis,.NET, Content Management Systems and Engineering._
- _ Cloud (AWS/Azure), SaaS / PaaS Support and Engineering, CI/CD._
