**_ Your Responsibilities_**: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

- Responsible for end-to-end completion of Joiners/ Leavers/ Change-Job on Workday and other required systems. Works with various stakeholders in business and other function teams like Finance and Tech to ensure process SLA´s (Service Level Agreement) and documentation closure.
- Accountable for Workday Data Accuracy. Drive Line Manager Communications and Capability building to ensure right Workday transactions and Data Validation and other required processes.
- Uses knowledge management tools effectively to ensure accuracy of information and stays abreast of changes in knowledge management content.
- Ensures excellent customer service during key Human Resources business cycles by identifying and taking corrective action when information appears out of alignment or incorrect.
- As part of our HR Customer Service Team you will work in partnership with Human Resources partners and other members of HR operations to provide a high-quality customer experience to our internal clients.

**Basic Qualifications**: We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

- Advanced university student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience working in a Human Resources Shared Services or Support Centre.
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- English Level: Intermediate / Advanced.
- Portuguese Level: Intermediate / Advanced.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

- Experience with Workday or other similar systems.
- Experience with Service Now or other similar systems.
- French Level: Intermediate / Advanced.
