Our industry-leading Security Operations Center (SOCC) protects our customers 24/7 against the threat of cyber-attacks and cyber-terrorism. Partnering with technical services teams we detect and mitigate attacks and help customers manage their online presence. We are the world leader in Distributed Denial of Service mitigation.

**Respond to cyber-attacks in real time**

You will provide first response to critical network and attack-related events for our customers. As the frontline defense, you will take ownership of the central alerting system, detecting and assessing the impact of attacks. In this energetic environment your exceptional support to customers throughout will impact the future of the customer's business.
- Being the first line availability for customer to respond to issues for their managed security services
- Responding to customer incident tickets and internal routing while ensuring effective assignment of tasks to internal teams
- Monitoring internal infrastructure and customer events on their systems such as Central Alert System
- Following workflow procedures of an operations center in a large global environment

**Do what you love**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have 3 years of significant experience in a Customer Support role or similar
- Have 3 years of relevant experience in Internet protocols such as TCP/UDP, DNS, and/or HTTP/HTTPS
- Demonstrate an ability to analyze, prioritize and escalate customer security attacks and engage with appropriate internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate interest in cybersecurity and basic knowledge about common security threats
- Display great communication skills with fluency in the English language
- Have experience working in a team environment
