The Desktop Support I is responsible for providing enterprise level hands on support to business units. Handles the tracking, resolving and raising incidents to ensure the highest levels of availability and alignment to service level agreements. This person will resolve support requests as well as meeting customer happiness and continuous service delivery demands.
**Responsibilities**:
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and general IT support not handled by the Service Desk or which require hand on support. Diagnose and tackle sophisticated technical issues.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions detailed within the ticket. Follow up with end users to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after fixing.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service and increase client happiness. Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
- Provide quick and efficient technical support without disruption to business flow. Prioritize and handle several open issues at one time.
- IT Asset tracking.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of demonstrable experience with similar role.
- English: B2+ (Fluent).
- +18 years old.
- High School Diploma (Titulo de Bachillerato del Colegio), preferred Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10 environment.
- Experience in a medium or large sized office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills
