**Descripción**:
Es un asesor comercial y técnico que tiene alto nível de conocimiento en áreas como infraestructura de redes, puntos finales, seguridad de aplicaciones, seguridad de perímetro, gestión de identidades y entornos de nube publica/privada, que le permiten identificar oportunidades, educar e influenciar a los tomadores de decisiones sobre las soluciones y servicios de ciberseguridad que provee GBM para solventar las necesidades de negocios de sus clientes.
**Responsabilidades**:

- Ser el primer punto de contacto con los ejecutivos de cuenta, con el objetivo de tener un acercamiento donde se han identificado oportunidades de negocio.
- Buscar y conocer las necesidades de negocio y tecnológicas de los clientes, documentarlas y proponer soluciones relacionadas con su área de conocimiento a través de un proceso de venta consultiva.
- Coordinar con Consultores, Arquitectos y Especialistas, las actividades por realizar para poder construir la propuesta con el diseño más adecuado para los clientes, integrando, software y servicios.
- Participar activamente en el proceso de cierre de las oportunidades de ventas asignadas.
- Velar por mantener un alto nível de satisfacción de los clientes de GBM.
- Atender, proteger y hacer crecer la base de clientes de ciberseguridad de GBM.
- Identificar oportunidades de negocio que contribuyan al crecimiento de las ventas y servicios de los productos.
- Mantener un alto conocimiento de las soluciones, procesos y normativas asociadas a su práctica de ciberseguridad.
- Cumplir con los procedimientos de registro de oportunidades y forecast establecidos por GBM.
- Velar porque los productos y servicios asociados a la práctica de ciberseguridad sean registrados, facturados y reconocidos apropiadamente.
- Integrar y liderar los recursos que considere necesarios para cumplir con los objetivos asignados.
- Participar activamente en la generación de ideas que permitan la innovación y la mejora continua de la unidad de negocios.
- Cumplir con las prácticas comerciales y de ética profesional establecidas por GBM.
- Supervisar los procesos de preparación de propuestas de soluciones y de servicios de ciberseguridad.
**Requisitos**:

Experiência**:5 años de experiência en puestos similares de preventa de soluciones o servicios de ciberseguridad.
- **
Formación**:Bachiller en Ingeniería en Sistemas ó en Ciencias de la Computación
- **
Conocimientos técnicos: Acreditados o certificados en al menos tres de los siguientes**: Cisco Security, Microsoft Security, F5, Citrix, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Palo Alto Networks, AWS, Google, Azure, McAfee, CyberArk, Imperva, LogRhythm, Thales, Trendmicro, Forescout, otras soluciones de seguridad. **Inclusive** en alguna de las siguientes certificaciones: CISSP, CEH, CHFI, OSCP, Security+, CySA+, otras certificaciones de seguridad.

Idioma**:Ingles intermedio/ técnico

Habilidades**:Orientación al logro, Impacto e influencia, trabajo en equipo, interés por la tecnología, resolutivo.
